All our products come with a minimum of 1 year Return to Base UK based warranty excluding the battery as its classed as a consumable item. PCS/Premier Computer Solutions is a fully accredited UK based company that complies fully with the UK (Distance Selling Act). Our full trading address is at the bottom of this page. Any purchased product can be accepted back for a refund within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the UK pDistance Selling Act for consumers/members of the public.

PCS also ships to Europe and Worldwide including Australia, Ireland, USA, etc . Please note all customs charges(import) if applicable are the liability of the customer and must be paid in order for your item delivery to be made by the courier.
These import charges are the customer's liability and if they are not paid in time and the goods returned back to us then NO REFUND is DUE on your order! Once you order you commit to any liability in the custom's charge you need to pay.

We can only take payment by UK based Credit/Debit Card via Stripe or Paypal (goods will only be sent to the confirmed delivery address of the paypal account/billing address of the credit /debit card). We supply both new and refurbished Windows Based & Apple Based Laptops and PC systems. All our products come with a minimum 1 year warranty.
Delivery Information : Goods are usually shipped 3 to 5 working days from order acceptance and payment verification for UK based orders. Goods are sent fully tracked. International orders may take longer to reach the customer but they are always sent fully tracked like all our orders.
Customs delay if your a International customer are beyond our control and if a import duty tax is payable then its the customer's liability.
